Please Note; The Let Only Service is the minimum service required to find and move-in a tenant. If a Landlord already has a tenant in situ, the tenant find only Service is not required and therefore, one of the Managed Services can be chosen below.
Fully Managed Service - Set Up Fee

Managed Service
Bronze Package
- Collection of rent monthly in advance.
- Provide landlord statements each month.
- Serve Section 21 Notices in accordance with the Housing Act 1988.
- Arrange renewal of contracts and signing of tenancy agreement.
6% exc. VAT (7.2% inc. VAT)
Silver Package
Includes Bronze Package
- Registration and protection of the tenant’s deposit with the TDS.
- Up to three property inspections per year, including reports
- Co-ordination with local reputable contractors for property maintenance at competitive prices. (Costs to be advised at that time)
- Arranging necessary safety checks, such as the gas safety & electrical installation condition report (See legal requirements)
- Conducting the check-out appointment
- Arranging the finalisation of the tenancy deposit

Gold Package
