Do you know friends, colleagues, neighbours or family who have a property to rent out?

Recommend them to Jackson’s Estates and for each successful recommendation we’ll send you a £50 voucher as a little thank you for shouting about our service standards.

To secure the referral fee

• Each referred landlord must take up one of our managed services.
• They must also sign our Terms & Conditions.
• Empty managed properties will earn you the £50 voucher when the property becomes tenanted.
• Tenanted properties will earn you the £50 voucher straight away.

To claim your voucher, simply email info@jacksonsestates.com with the name and contact details of the landlord. We will make enquiries with them and provide you with an update.
